Demonstration of CO&P’s Outsourced Marketing Department Model
Children’s Charities partnered with CO&P Integrated Marketing to provide the marketing arm for the charitable organization’s fundraising efforts. With plans to build an all-inclusive play park in the city of Milton, GA, Children’s Charities needed to raise $500,000 to fully equip the facility. CO&P assisted the organization’s director and leadership team in planning, developing, and implementing the group’s largest capital drive campaign.
CO&P provided creative and tactical campaign plans for the park’s fundraising efforts, including engraved brick pavers for the park, a park equipment sponsorship program, a showcase home tour, and black tie fundraising event.
Integrated marketing plans and skill sets included Branding and Positioning, Public Relations, Social Media, SEM/SEO, Direct Marketing (email and collateral), Web Development, Print Collateral, Blogger Relations and more.
Some areas that CO&P delivered superior results included:
- Public Relations –Positioned and pitched the organization and its goals to sponsors, media, communities, etc. garnering press and recognition locally and statewide for the organization. Highlights include Atlanta Home & Garden, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Atlanta Business Chronicle, NBC-TV, CBS-TV, The Bull, The Fish and a host of other regional radio and print media outlets.
- Social Media – Created and maintained the organization’s presence on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube channel and more.
- Advertising – Developed and created all collateral materials and advertising vehicles (including print, radio and billboard), as well as placed the advertising.
- Program development–Helped to develop an ongoing sponsorship program and secured/securing sponsors for the organization.
